Day.1 |
Morning arrive Yangon. Afternoon drive downtown Yangon to visit some
interesting places including the famous Shwedagon Pagoda. |

Day.2 |
Morning fly to Myitkyina. Myitkyina is situated besides
the Irrawaddy river and is the
capital of the Kachin State . Among many local tribes living in Kachin
State are Jinghpaw, Rawan, Le-su, La-she, Ma-ru, A-zee, Ka-nan and
Kamti-shan. Jinghpaw is the predominant tribe in Myitkyina. Evening visit downtown Myitkyina.

Day.3 |
Morning visit Myitsone, about 30 kilometers from Myitkyina. Myitsone is the origin of Irrawaddy
river and is the confluence of two rivers flowing from the snow-capped mountains
of
Mae-Kha and Mae-Li-Kha. It is a lovely and interesting place with
much to see in a relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy lunch
with fish barbecue on a raft in the river. En-route back to Myitkyina pay an
evening visit to Gyo-bon and Kha-Rein-Naw. |

Day.4 |
Morning visit interesting places around Myitkyina.
Afternoon
fly to Putao. In the evening free and easyto go downtown Putao and meet the smiling faces of
the local tribes: Rawan, Le-su and Khamti-shan. Putao, formerly known as
Fort Hertz is situated in a very flat and wide valley and is the
northernmost district town of Myanmar. At the right time of year you can
enjoy an abundance of citrus fruits like Mandarin orange, Pamelo, Grapefruit,
Oranges, and Washington orange. |

Day.5 |
Morning visit Machanbaw, a
small town about 25 kilometers from Putao. Machanbaw is situated beside
Ma-Li-Kha river which is one of the main tributaries of the Irrawaddy .
Explore Machanbaw and lunch in Gubar
Bungalow, built on the bank of the river where scenic views here never fail
to impress visitors. En-route back to Putao we visit Mulashedee village the origin
of Christianity in this area, . |

Day.6 |
Morning marvel at the views surrounding Putao from the roof top of the hotel
and go downtown to buy souvenirs from the small market. After lunch fly back
directly to Yangon. |

Morning
either explore Yangon and visit places missed earlier or go downtown to buy
presents and souvenirs. International departures |
