Pagoda Tour 1 - Yangon & Bago

Day 1: arrive Yangon in
morning and on the way to your hotel see the
White Elephants
at Min-Da-Ma Hill
followed by
Kyauk-Taw-Gyi
Pagoda which houses the largest marble Buddha Image in Myanmar. After lunch
visit the Botataung Paya on the Yangon River, Chaukhtatgyi Paya
to see the Reclining Buddha and the famous Shwedagon Pagoda. In the evening
dinner with magnificent cultural show at Karaweik Hall floating restaurant on
Kandawgyi Lake.
Overnight Yangon Day 2: morning depart for Bago. Visit the Shwethalyaung Reclining Buddha (circa 994 AD) measuring 55 metres long and the Shwemawdaw Paya towering 114 metres. After lunch visit the Mahazedi Paya originally built by King Bayinnaung, subsequently destroyed by an earthquake in 1930 and finally rebuilt in 1982; the Kaik Pun Paya built in 1476 and where stand four 30-metre high Buddha Images. Return to Yangon in afternoon. Overnight Yangon Day 3: morning tour of Yangon including visits to the Bo-Ka-Lay Market, Kandawgyi Gardens and the Gems Museum. After lunch visit the famous Scotts Market and other places of interest which you may have discussed with your Guide before your evening departure.
